On June 16th, 2025, we hosted a special lunch event at the historic venue 'The Sodoh Higashiyama' in Kyoto to celebrate the launch of our new product, Blanco Ahumado.
We welcomed approximately 100 key trade partners from the Kansai region to experience a presentation by Clase Azul’s founder, Mr. Arturo Lomeli, and enjoy an early tasting of the new release.

An Elegant Cocktail Hour in a Serene Setting

As guests arrived at the elegant estate, they were greeted with a specially crafted cocktail, 'Mex Regalo' (featuring Plata), created by Clase Azul Cocktail Ambassador Yujiro Kiyosaki.
From the 12:00 PM opening, time flowed gently, inviting everyone into a world of refinement.
The opening speeches by Mr. Lomeli and Asia Regional Manager Mikey shared the inspiration behind Blanco Ahumado and the brand’s future direction, setting the tone for the afternoon.

 

Seasonal Lunch Course with Premium Tequila Pairings

Guests enjoyed a five-course lunch menu curated by Plan・Do・See, with cocktails and neat tequila pairings selected to complement each dish. The tasting experience showcased the versatility and depth of Clase Azul spirits.

  • Salad de Verre (Appetizer)
  • Chicken and Broad Bean Ragout with Fusilli
  • Herb-Roasted Fish with Summer Vegetable Caponata
  • Grilled Domestic Pork Shoulder with Ginger Brown Butter (Side: Princess Paprika)
  • Basque-Style Cheesecake with Berry Sauce

Tequila & Cocktails Served:

  • Mex Regalo (Plata – Cocktail)
  • Reposado Highball (Reposado – Cocktail)
  • Blanco Ahumado / Reposado / Añejo (Neat)
